Custom Jewellery:

• If your order includes a ring or custom jewellery, additional time is required for making the product
• After completion, the order will be shipped via courier
• Total delivery time will include both making time + shipping time

Processing Time:

• Ready products are shipped within 1–3 business days
• Custom orders may take additional processing time depending on design and size

Shipping Details:

• Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched

Delays:

• Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
